One handed lead arm

Setup

• Put a ball in a place where you will hit a shot from and mark the position with the tee

• Choose a 10-20 m shot

• put a coin in front of the ball approximately 5cm

• choose any lofted club (PW, SW,...)

Body Setup

• put a ball position in the middle of your stance

• make sure your nose is directly on top of the ball or slightly closer to the target. Not away from the target

• lead arm and shaft should be in one straight line

Goal

• Hit the ball and the coin without touching the ground before the ball

• use just one hand on the club (lead arm)
