Setup
- Choose any hole on the practice putting green
- Try to find a 9ft uphill straight putt relative to the chosen hole
- Place a tee on a spot that you think is the straight uphill putt
- Hit a few putts from the spot and see if the putt was definitely straight / If not then adjust the spot again where you think the putt will be definitely straight
- If you finally find a straight uphill putt then imagine that this spot relative to the hole is 6 o'clock on a watch
- Place a tees on 9ft around the hole on every spot which will represent every hour on a clock.
Goal
- The goal is to find a 9ft putt that is absolutely straight and uphill relative to the chosen hole
- The goal is to mark this spot and imagine that is 6 o'clock on a watch
- Then mark another spot that will represent another hour on a clock such as 7,8,9,10,11,12 and 1,2,3,4,5.
- Every putt which will be on the right-hand side from 6 o'clock will be a right-to-left putt and every putt on the left-hand side from 6 o'clock will be a left-to-right putt.
